Registration /  Financial Aid / Online payments / Update profile / View class schedule / Canvas / And more

• Begin by activating your ctcLink ID and setting your ctcLink password.
• Your ctcLink User Name is your full, 9-digit ctcLink student ID number
• Log in to ctcLink
• Contact us if you need to locate your ctcLink ID
• Reset your ctcLink password
• Logging into Canvas

Your NETWORK Login and Password are for:

Logging into computers on campus / Logging into Remote Desktop from off-campus / Student Email (@beltc.ctc.edu) / Downloading Microsoft Office to your laptop or desktop (via student email) / Library databases from off campus and OneSearch (via the Proxy Server) / Access to OneDrive / And more

• Your Network user name is your last name and the last four digits of your student ID number (example: smith1234)
• Your email address is your user name AND the server address (example: smith1234@beltc.ctc.edu)
• Your Network password is the password you set
• You may be able to set or reset your NETWORK password through Outlook student email 
• Be sure to use the full email extension, for example: smith1234@beltc.ctc.edu
• You can use Remote Desktop to set your NETWORK password (first time use)
• Contact us if you need help recovering your student ID number
