Distance Learners attending Bellingham Technical College entirely online can request to have scans of individual journal articles or book chapters from the BTC Library's regular collection sent to their email. Contact the BTC Library's ILL department for more information or to make a request.

Submit an Interlibrary Loan Request Form to request a digital copy of an article or book chapter not owned by BTC Library.

Book Delivery for Online Students

Distance learners attending Bellingham Technical College entirely online can have Interlibrary Loan and BTC Library materials shipped to their residence. Delivery can take several weeks and some limitations apply. Contact BTC Library's ILL department for more information or to make a request.

Reciprocal Borrowing Agreements

Washington Community and Technical College (WACTC) Libraries support reciprocal access to each other’s circulating library materials. Students, staff and faculty interested in borrowing materials from the collection of another institution must present valid identification as required by the lending library and demonstrate their current affiliation with their home institution.
