Mission

The mission of Bellingham Technical College Library, eLearning and Tutoring is to provide responsive, high quality services and resources that meet the information, technology, and academic support needs for learning and teaching.

Vision

The vision of Bellingham Technical College Library, eLearning and Tutoring is to be a welcoming and innovative center of excellence for information literacy, access to technology, and collaborative academic support.

Guide the BTC community through complex information and technology landscapes with specialized knowledge and personalized, responsive service. 

Teaching & Learning

Support, develop and advance student learning and faculty teaching by providing equitable information and digital literacy instruction to the diverse BTC community.

Access

Create inclusive pathways for access to collections, resources and technology in support of student success.

Community

Cultivate collaborative community relationships and welcoming environments to strengthen and promote effective services, practices and resources.
