Error message about username or password

If you encounter an error message "Invalid network username or password," see the tips below:

USERNAME:

Last name and the last 4 numbers from your student identification.  For example: smith1234

• Make sure there are no spaces before your username;
• Make sure the all-caps button is not on;
• Clear your browser history;
• Try a different browser.

Please call or email the Library (360-752-8383 or library@btc.edu) to check your user name. Hyphenated or multiple last names can be problematic. We can check and see how your last name has been translated into the BTC online records database.
